Power Steering Gearbox/ Rag Joint

Can anyone help me, What is the correct position for the rag joint to be installed on the gearbox? I recently added power steering to my truck, and I needed to add the rag joint on it.

Can someone tell me the correct way to put it on? Do I need to find the center on steering box lock to lock?

Re: Power Steering Gearbox/ Rag Joint

I believe it can only go on it one possition. I just did mine 2 days ago. There's an area on both the shaft & the rag joint were there are no splines. These 2 areas have to line up with each other.
