Trailing arm spring bolt.

Hey dudes I am wondering if ya'll know how to remove the bolt that holds down the spring retainer to the spring on a trailing arm. I was replacing the rear springs on my truck this past weekend and I broke the one on the drivers side. Luckily I can bolt it to the top frame for now. Any info and pics are greatly appreciated....

Re: Trailing arm spring bolt.

Most of the time these are just rusted in the trailing arm. When I did mine I had to hit it with the air hammer to break it loose from the trailing arm. Then replaced it with a new bolt.

Re: Trailing arm spring bolt.

1/2 x 13 x 5 1/2, you could probably get away with 5 inches though
