Can I drop the rear 3" without changing my track bar?

I'll get one if I have to, just trying to finish the truck up so I can hit the road by the time the sun is out...

You can do it without, but your rear end may not be centered. with a 3" drop you will probable want it... I would say get one if you have the cash, there not that expensive for an adjustable.
