Re: sder caps
If someone ever decides to start making them for 6 lug, they'll be rich!

Re: sder caps
I've loved spiders since they first appeared in the early 1960's. Glad to see them available in the 5x5 pattern. They were even included in some of the early model car kits, I believe mostly in the Johan models.

Re: sder caps
Any update on this post? I ordered spiders for my 71 C10 and the caps do not fit over the front hubs. Vendor is telling me they are unavailable to fit over the hub. BTW Truck is a 5X5 disc brakes. Thanks for any help.

Re: sder caps
Is the problem the spider cap won't clear the dust cap, or is the base diameter too small to fit over the hub?
I had the dust cap problem when I was running the flat police caps on Corvette style rally wheels. I solved the dust cap problem by flattening the end of the dust cap with a big socket inside the dust cap, and pressed the end flat in a bench vise. I had to be careful trimming the cotter pin on the spindle nut so it wouldn't contact the inside of the dust cap, but it worked fine for years, and I got to run my police caps until I wanted something else.

Re: sder caps
It is the diameter. They go down about half way and the cone shape contacts the outer edge of the hub. I saw other members posting about using spider caps but have yet to see a set on a c10 disc brake...... Thanks for the reply.
