1969 Cab bushing squeezed thickness for fabricating solids

Hey there folks! I need to know what thickness upper cab bushings are on a 69?
I know cab bushings are squeezed under a clamping load to a certain point. I cant remember if there is a sleeve in there that limits this squeeze or not, but I need the squeezed height to fabricate aluminum cab bushings for my pro-touring / Drag project in my signature. I'm going to run a full cage so I am not concerned with vibration or ride.
