I am doing that right now. Inner and outer tie rod ends, upper and lower ball joints, pitman arm and idler arm, and new springs. I'm replacing it all with Moog parts. Just the parts and alignment, doing all the work myself except the alignment, is costing me about $550.

I could have saved myself a little money and bought cheaper parts from Auto Zone or a kit from performance suspension, but I want rubber parts, and I want good parts.

I assume you mean you will keep the control arms and replace the bushings in them. I can't figure out why you would replace the control arms or studs...

Slonaker. i believe the stock set that PST sells is MOOG. Just my opinion, that is the easier way to go, you get everything. I bought the Poly kit a few years ago and the only thing was wrong was the sway bar bushings, that was my fault, i told them the wrong size. i had to send them back but they swapped them out. Other than that, EVERYTHING was there, never had to run back to the parts store, Im sure there quality and service are just as good with the stock set. BTW i wish i would have went with the stock MOOG, just for info in my opinion the POLY is to stiff for trucks, but the 300.00 i paid, i think i will live with it, besides i have gotten use to it now.

It probably would have been cheaper to buy it as a kit, but not nearly as easy on the wallet. By buying the parts at O'Reilly I was able to pick them up a few pieces at a time as I could afford them.

I replaced a few individual pieces last year when I had it aligned, so a kit would not have worked well for me anyway.

I went with rubber because I hate squeaks, and because the truck rides bad enough already.

I was quoted almost $450 for the moog parts from my auto parts store. allignments i havent priced yet cause im still trying to save the $$$ for the parts but im guessing from $50-80 so i guess that is pretty well the national average
