Another fuel line question!

Gosh I was hoping to be done asking by now...but...

I removed the in-cab lines yesterday.

My fuel line (from the sending unit through the floor) measures 5/16 inch, inside diameter.

My line to the charcoal canister measures 3/16 inch, inside diameter.

Will my fuel shutoff vale with an inside diameter of 1/4 inch create problems for my 250 I6 engine and monojet carb?

1972 1/2 ton 2 wheel drive.

Can I use 1/4 inch inside diameter to replace the vent line?

Re: Another fuel line question!

Tubing measures by outside diameter. I think all six cyl trucks had 5/16 tubing from the tank.

1967 v8 engines are 5/16" as well. 68 v8s had 3/8" lines.
