Yup- and I understand the '81-up boxes are the fastest ratio. You need the 73-up centerlink, I think, to replace the funky 67 part. Here's a good guide-

Alternatively, if you wanna go the handling route, Power Steering Specialties in Springfield, MO can refit your core box with high effort fast ratio guts for approx. $200. They're niiiiiiice, I did one. Also, a 1-ton dually has an 1 1/4" front swaybar that is a bolt-on that keeps 'er flat. Keep an eye on the u-pull yards. Also, there are several options for rear swaybars on the down low. Third Gen Camaros, for one-
