Advice on rattle can color match for Argent Silver

Picking up a set of Wheel Vintiques rallies, they are powder coated argent silver.

Anyone have advice on the best spray can color match? need to match my 15x8 fronts and I can't afford to get them powder coated to match.

99% of the time can cap color looks nothing like the finished product. Has anyone tried to match WV wheels before?

Look in an Eastwood catalog. They have OEM matches for wheels

Re: Advice on rattle can color match for Argent Silver

I have always used Duplicolor FM-149 in the small cans (or T-112 in the big cans) but I have heard they are changing their numbering scheme.

Eastwood. I ordered some from them but never used it since I never used the rallies.

Do you recall the name of this color? Color looks perfect on your wheels, last paint I bought almost looked chrome. Thanks

Anyone use any of these paints? Duplicolor wheel paint WP101, it says it has a high metallic finish. VHT wheel paint SP188 Chevy Ralley Silver or SP186 Ford Silver? Thanks

Yes - I think so too, which is unfortunate (pretty much wipes me out, other than the generous stores of paint that I have saved up).

It was not a wheel specific paint but body touch up for a Ford product. The noun name was Argent Silver.

The Duplicolor wheel paint is close in color but has a lot of metalflake in it.
