I'll take the door sill plates pending additional pics - any rust through or just surface rust?

Deadhead, I wiped down the sill plates and took some more pictures. They have some surface rust, but it's pretty minor. The one plate has surface rust on the bottom as well.

First and second picture are the bottoms.
Third and fourth are the tops.
