WTB: 4wd Dipstick & Tube

I don't know why I haven't done this before, but yesterday I was checking the oil in my '72 K2500 w/350,barely reaching back under the master cyl/booster,and it hit me that my truck needs the proper set-up. Life sure would be easier, especially since I plan on lifting it soon. Once that's done I will definitely need a step stool to check my oil with the current set-up. So,if anyone come across one I'd gladly take it off your hands. If you're not sure you want to let it go,consider I may have something hard to find that you may need in my stash. Ya never know. Cash or trade, let me know...thanks!

I'm in no hurry. I guess it's been this way 10 years now. I appreciate you checking. Just let me know. I'm heading out in the morning and won't be back till Sunday afternoon

That's true. I made a step stool, but don't want to have to haul it. I usually check it at the gas station where it's level. I had the other two '72 K/20s and '71 K/10 SWB,never thought to swap...doh

Re: WTB: 4wd Dipstick & Tube

Well, Unfortunately I have just two dipsticks, red top is correct (has battle scares) and the other is for a early 70's van. It will work on a our trucks, just not exact.
$60.00 shipped for red top and $30.00 shipped for the black top. Special-K has first say.

Hey Tim,

If the others fall thru I have one off of my 72 4X4 I did last year. Let me know and I can dig it up if it gets that far.
