Stance
I have a 1965 C20 that the previous owner replaced the springs. It lowered the stance to what most people prefer. The problem is, I'm not most people. I got the C20 because I wanted a 3/4 ton pickup. Not a show truck but a truck to work. I want to raise the stance up to where it was from the factory.
LMC has a leaf spring kit to work as an overload which looks rather simple to install and might get my desired results. I guess I could also install new springs. I don't like taking out something new but if that's what I have to do, Oh well. Trouble is, nobody seems to carry heavy duty springs, at least not that I can find. Anybody done what I want to do? also, anybody used the add on leafs that LMC carries? I had a 95 F-150 4X4 that adding new front springs raised the front 2". I'd prefer about 4". Anybody have any good ideas? I don't have unlimited bank account and since I have so much to do to this truck, I'd like to keep it reasonable. Thanks!

Re: Stance
Have you talked to a local spring shop? I've had good luck getting parts locally to build and modify spring packs. They might have the specs to re-arch yours.
