New to the board and am trying to find out where to buy a windshield or a 63 GMC 3/4 ton.

Welcome to the forum. As for glass I've ordered from classic parts and places like Safelite. Safelite will come out and put it in with the gasket also, and their work and seal has a warranty. They just don't do small rear glass.

wow you ordered your windshield from Safelite? I was looking at the LMC site and they don't offer a windshield for 60-63.

I got my new 62 front glass from a local glass guy also. I paid $220 for it and installation of both front and rear glass.

If you want clear glass you will have to order it. Glass companies can only get green tinted or gray shaded, at least that's what I found out last yesr,
The green tinted was around 300$ installed. I found a clear one on craigslist nearby,

You should take the windshield out yourself. Then you can clean , or repair the frame, and then paint it before you have someone install it.
