The ad's been up for a month and it's still available. Ease your temptation, at that price it's probably not going anywhere soon. Not bashin, just sayin.

The seller said 'barn find'... I think the barn must be included in the price, or else he bumped his head. Give it some time, the price will come down. Unless... ahaa! his wife said try to sell it first, and this is how he can keep it... that must be the real answer.

Re: CL Find in Greenville SC. Somebody Buy This!

Neat truck, but I'll agree that at $3,200 it shouldn't be going anywhere soon! I'd say $1,000-1,500 would probably be more in line with reality. Maybe when he comes back to visit Earth I'll pick it up so I can have two black 1965 C30 9' stepside pickups in my collection...

EDIT: And I personally would probably look to pay something more like $700-1,000 for it. It looks like it's probably a decent truck, but (unless someone wants the oddball one ton pickup) it's probably the least desirable of any of the light-duty 60-66 trucks, and it's a basic no-options truck.

So, maybe when no one else wants it I'll be able to roll up in my duplicate truck and cart it off! That would make for a pretty neat picture, too. And this truck also has a broken left hood hinge like mine did. Maybe it's a sign...
