250 to a 292
i was wondering if any one knew if there was any difference in the passenger side motor mount for the 292 or if it is the same one just moved forward.

when I did the switch my 292 it had a slightly different bolt pattern on the passenger side. I was able to use the bottom 2 holes, but the top hole was way off. I had to weld/fill in the hole and re-drill the mount.

Indeed. It's located differently. The pic below of the fresh painted engine is a 250. See that the engine mount is aft of the fuel pump. The dirty engine is a 292 and you can see (sorta) that the fuel pump is aft of the mount.
