1967 4x4
Just Bought a 67 Chev Truck and we are both the same age now...47 !!! I was wondering do I have to do a frame of Resto, because there is no rust under this baby that i can see at all. At any rate I am new to this site and I am going to need some pointers here and there about what to do so I sure hope you guys can help...hope every one had a great memorial day week end!!!!

Welcome! Looks like a really good solid truck. If it doesn't have rust, that's most of the battle. The restore thing, depends what you want and what it needs. You can always drive and enjoy and just refurb things as you go. Or like a lot of us, blow it apart and spend 3 years wishing you were driving it.

yea the kid i bought it from was a little out there with the paint, I like the chev orange but my wife likes mint green and i dont know about that but it may look good, if all elese fails im going with jet black but who knows i may just keep looking...ant suggestions?

Welcome! And that's one truck where I'll say paint that "so you can" enjoy it
 I'd paint it and go over the mechanics,then d-r-i-v-e that thing. Get to details as you go. Maybe one day after you've enjoyed it for years you'll want to do a ground-up

Congrats! I tend to lean towards 67 myself. Any upgrades?
Oh and imo. Id put some ralleys and 32" tires on that truck. Thatd look good and theyre easy to find

A different seat will give you more room. You can relocate the gas tank for another inch or two. You can collapse the steering shaft and slide the column down a couple inches for more room. If its a large original style steering wheel you can get a smaller one.
