Need Input on Wheels Please

I am just about finished with my 84 but now I am looking at it and thinking the wheels have to go. I am strongly leaning toward oem sized American Racing Torque Thrust II's but I am really open to ideas. Its going to be just a summer driver.

Trim rings and center caps would do wonders.

Some used drag lites, or drag stars can be picked up pretty cheap. Would definitely compliment your cowl induction hood.

+1! Get some caps and rings! If you want to get nuts on the back, I hear 15x10 rallies are available again.

I'm not a rally wheel fan but my first thought was it looks unfinished as is, needs caps and rings or at least caps.

A set of Draglites always looks killer. Soft-8s would look good too. I don't care for rallys much at all.

A nice set of billets would sure set that truck off if the budget allows....

Billet Specialties, Intro, Raceline, Budnick, etc

If it was me, I'd do this in the meantime.

I may try a set of caps and see how it looks but I hate trim rings, they gouge the crap out of the wheels. Im also thinking about American Racing Outlaws too

Re: Need Input on Wheels Please

I think it would look great with rallys and some caps. But if you don't like the rallys then I think the Torque thrust wheels would look great to.

Have you thought of stepping up to 17's or 20's? With a classic looking rim they look great, and handle much better.
