Has anyone used the NEWER STYLE LETTERS on a 67-72 tailgate ?

. . . .

I'm thinking about having some "newer style" letters made for my 70's tailgate ( hollow centers )

Someone with a steady hand could cut them from the stickers ( decals ) available now . . .

. . . or maybe even paint them on.

I'm wondering if anyone on this site has done this.

Pictures would be great if you have some !!!

My letters are stamped in on my 67 gate so I cant help on this one.

Mine were too, but the truck looks much better with a new gate cover over those letters.

I had these on mine. Didn't like the look so I changed them back to the original style.
