That place might be worth a few hours of snooping around to see what they have. Our state puts their stuff up for auction and usually it ends up being bought by surplus store type vendors.

I have bought odds and ends from there as it was on my way to work at one time. They also sell the confiscated/ relinquished pocket knives multi tools and other stuff confiscated from the airport, which is just a few miles away. My brother bought an 07 DPS Tahoe there for $7k. He painted the white hood and top black like the rest of the truck, buffed the whole truck, installed new tires and its his daily driver now. He said he likes how everyone stays out if his way.

My ongoing truck projects: 48 Chev 3100 that will run a 292 Six. 71 GMC 2500 that is getting a Cad 500 transplant. 77 C 30 dualie, 454, 4 speed with a 10 foot flatbed and hoist. It does the heavy work and hauls the projects around.
