My 72 and I. Hello from CO

First time poster. Long time search function user. Simply put I love this site. The family values hear and the want/need to help out and push and drive people to whatever their goals are with their pickup is second to none. Next, my '72 and I would like to say hello and hopefully one day she will look good. A little history I have is when I was 15 I fed calves all summer so I could have my first pickup. A 1971 Chevy. Regrettably I got tired of fixing it and sold it to buy something newer. Of course I regretted my decision and when I was 18 finally came across a real clean 1970 gmc. Of course life got in the way of that and when bills couldn't be paid she was the first to go. I sold that pickup to a family friend and am still to this day trying to convince him to sell it back to me lol now I have the 1972 4wd and am going to keep this one no doubt. She needs a lot of work but it's time to get my dream pickup on the road. Anyways I tore the cab and bed off but do to a four wheeler accident I broke my foot so I haven't been able to do anything. I've attached some pics of my pickup and a few of my other "baby's" that keep me busy in my spare time. Thanks again and I look forward to the great deal of info I receive.

Welcome
Nice truck. Nice collection you have for your stable.
Awhile back I broke my foot. Best thing that ever happened (as far as getting work done on my project).

Glad your planning on keeping it.

Welcome from the other side of the Rockies! Nice stuff! I'm going to be in your neck of the woods next weekend, I'm coming to the Greeley Blues Jam. If you see a green and rust '68 with Utah plates boppin' around, pull me over

Thank you again. I will be sure to stop ya if I see you. It's nice to know there are some not far away at all. Cast till the 19th of June then a boot. However doctor said it's ok if I buy a bigger lace up steel toe for work (oilfield). Going to get going here soon.
