U bolt dilemas
On my 67 short stepper coil spring, i cannot get my new U bolt more than halfway thru the trailing arm. Any of you guys run across this? Is there a way you all have found to clean and deburr the holes in the trailing arm?

Re: U bolt dilemas
when I did mine I had the same problem with a build up of crud and rust. A BFH works well to drive the u bolt home and it won't mess the threads up.

Re: U bolt dilemas
run a drill bit thru the hole to clean it up then drive it home with a bfh
