Anyone have any luck getting in touch with them recently. I am trying to order a window kit but the site won't calculate shipping and no returns by email or phone?

I have never been interested in their products but I am in the general area sometimes maybe I can stop by and see what is going on if they don't get back to you.

I had the same issue. I called them and gave my credit card info. she did not know shipping. it took about 3 weeks to get them I believe I was charged about 50 bucks to texas.
I have not installed them yet. still in paint jail. If you do order make sure you follow up and ask for a tracking number. because they just don't email. It is a nice kit though |
