SO i found a 51 5 window, but in the pic it has very long running boards,, and then it has an extra metal piece like if the spare tire were to go on there. The piece is on the bed right in front of the rear fender... Does that make sense? My question is, i want a 3100, The cab, front fenders, rear fenders would be the same as in a 3100 right? Im assuming this truck is 3600. I would have to get a frame, running boards and thats pretty much it correct?

You are right, except if you want to you can shorten the running boards and bed, no problem.
