New member....San Diego, CA
New member here.
I just put down a deposit on this project. Should be picking it up early Saturday morning 1972 C-10 Long bed. No engine No trans has a 12 bolt with 3.73 and a drive shaft was "restored" about 5 years ago, so body seems decent Any suggestions on drive train?

Welcome aboard! I say big block 572 with a turbo and dual stage nitrous!!!! 5 speed tremic and a lift kit with 35 inch mud boggers and a set of stacks!!! HECK YEAH MAN!!!!

Personally I think it will buff out.
All that orange paint looks like it can be scuffed and painted. The exterior will need a little more TLC. I didn't see much cancerous rust. I'll make a plan and start a build thread. I am thinking 5 speed. |
