Need advice on seat cover / 72 bench
I was wondering if anyone could give me input on seat cover replacements. I am looking to buy a reproduction for my 72 bench seat with the scroll pattern (black). What company sells the best quality? Also, are any made in the USA? Does anyone have info on the "walrus/elk" grain vinyl? Any information would be appreciated.

Re: Need advice on seat cover / 72 bench
I've used two different manufactures, PUI and Truck World (sold by forum member Truckseats). As with anything else there are different levels of quality. The PUI are OK and are probably fine for the run of the mill driver. I put a PUI bench seat cover on my 72 in the mid 90s and it held up well for many years. The last few I've done where with Truckseats covers. The quality, feel, fitment, seam sewing are noticeably much higher quality. Were these covers really stand out is the grain, both of them, and scroll, they are well defined and crisp. In comparing the PUI VS the Truckseats, the PUI appear muddled and non distinct.

Re: Need advice on seat cover / 72 bench
I used Athey's who I believe is still a sponsor on here. I bought a houndstooth cover for mine. Quality and fit are great!
