how hard is a 5.3 swap?

what modifications would i have to do to make a new vortec 5.3 engine work in my truck? would i need custom motor mounts? would i need to do any cutting? is it an fairly easy swap?

motor mounts you would have to use the ls1 stlye mounts since it is a ls1 based motor... i dont know much about the actual swap but i know youd need the complete computer...
geez man you have asked how hard this would be with like 3 or 4 different engines... still trying to decide?

You have to also trim the upper right frame rail to clear the A/C compressor if it has one.
