Best aftermarket 4"x10" cab corner speakers
I managed to pick up a set of cab corner speaker mounts for cheap and I want to put some better aftermarket speakers in them for better sound quality. The choices are much more limited than they are for 6x9's or other popular speaker sizes. Any recommendations? I was probably leaning towards Kicker just because they have the most options available from what I've seen, and they make good audio equipment.

You would be better off in both audio quality and in sheer number of options, if you were to purchase or make adapters that would allow you to fit maybe a 6x9" or even a 5 1/4" speaker. You could then get a much higher quality speaker for as much or less money.

Re: Best aftermarket 4"x10" cab corner speakers
I'm pretty sure the original cab corner speaker mounts are too narrow for a 6x9. I'd prefer not to modify them because the originals are so hard to come by. Here's a picture of them sitting on the seat.

Those cab corner speaker mounts aren't as hard to come by as you might think. I actually have like 4 or 5 sets that I've just stubbled across for free. Bigblock73 actually makes speaker brackets meant for 6x9"s Click here to see them

Had I thought of that ahead of time I probly woukdve bought a pair, but for now I will use the originals and maybe down the line I will swap them out for some 6x9s. I think I found a good set of 4x10s on Amazon. I'll let you know how they perform.
