3 Point Seat Belts in a 1948 GMC?

My brand new (to me) GMC truck is being shipped as we speak. I have a family and kids and want to be safe so I'd like to install 3 point belts in her. I've searched in here for conversions but didn't find any that had been done in a truck as old as mine. Did I miss something? If not, any ideas would be appreciated. I assume I gotta weld a threaded bung on the b-pillar at the very least??

I just put some in a 74. Juliano's has a easy to install 3 point belt kit.
