What all kind of grilles can you fit/ custom for on these trucks? How high of a year can you add and how low?

75-80 will be a direct bolt in. I believe to use a 73-74 grille, you need to use that specific rad support. There are plenty of threads on it, it's a very popular mod. Lots of places have phantom grilles, and there are tons of aftermarket reproduction grilles for these trucks. Check out LMC, Brothers, etc.
