How do I change the round rubber gaslet on the back of my A/C unit on my '72 GMC? Thanks

You might need to be a little more specific on the location of your gasket.
On the dash vents?
On the firewall box?

I just looked at it again and it's the box that is mounted to the firewall and there is one round gasket behind the fan and I'll also need the big gasket that is next to the round gasket that is on the box where the whole unit mounts to the firewall.

There is a kit, which has all of the seals for the heater/a/c box.
I got mine from LMC for $24.95, which includes some others that you did not mention.
These are also available through almost all vendor's (support your message board guy's)
You can get the seals individually also.
But while you are at go ahead and fix them all.
If you don't have one of their catalogs go to their web site and request one.
It is worth it for the exploded parts diagrams.
There are some other items that are not included in the kit that you will want to replace while you are it.
Cowl vent seals
Drain tube for inside engine compartment.
Under dash vent tubes

Be aware that there is a bolt on the inside of the engine compartment that is on the bottom of the heater box that requires you to remove the hood hinge and the inner fender to get at.
A lot of boxes will be broken here.
