WTB: Crimpers for Classic Update Harness

I'd like to buy and/or rent a set of the crimpers used to do the American Autowire Classic Update harness in my truck.

I am aware AWW rents them online, but would rather give my money to help fund someone else's truck project than a company if I can help it.

So that being said, whatcha got? Want to get them in my hands by next week if possible so I can install during my week off.

Let me look in the shop. At one time I had a set. I will look in the shop tomorrow after work and let you know.

Re: WTB: Crimpers for Classic Update Harness

I've been considering buying a set myself. I have three vehicles to do. Is it just the two that are needed?

Are the S&K ones the same as what they rent from AAW?

Bit the bullet and rented them from AAW. Lady told me I'd have them by the end of the week which should allow me more than enough time to work on it while I'm enjoying my week off.

Funny.

When I checked the Advance local to me, they swore they didn't carry anything like that S&K you ordered. Told me if I didn't see it on the shelf (I didn't), it wasn't going to be available.

I have a set of the ones from AAW. I'm renting them now, was gonna send them back soon, I'd send them to you instead for what I would have gotten back, $156 + shipping

Re: WTB: Crimpers for Classic Update Harness

I found my set but they are for only 24 gauge wire. To small for our trucks wires. Sorry thought I might be able to help.
