Frame uneven after Porterbuilt Notches

Hey all-

Last week as I was pulling into the driveway with the garage open I noticed that the passenger side frame rail behind the PB notch looked lower than the driver's side (this is with the frame sitting at a 7-inch ride height on blocks). I took a level to it and sure enough the passenger side is about 11/16ths of an inch lower than the driver's side. Side to side the PB notch is level, the frame in front of the notches is level (measured at the frame and at the bed mounts). Please note that this is not a result of the notch but my fabrication skills, or lack there of!

I'm trying to figure out how to tell if the passenger side frame is low or the drivers side frame is high. The only solution I can think to determine this is to use a surveyors level (at least a redneck version of a laser level with a tape measure) and compare the front bed mounts to the rear frame section where the bed mounts. It appears that the two bed mounts in front of the notch are the same 'height' from the floor so I'm guessing that the rear frame where the bed mounts is also the same 'height'.

Can anyone confirm that all of the bed mounting locations on the frame are all the same height or rather on the same horizontal plane?
