I wanted to run those in mine but the backs are too thick for us bigger framed guys they really push you into the steering wheel
Not sure if you reinforced the boots or not but most recommend since the seat belts are bout into the seat. There is some aftermarket add ons that help with this but I don't recall what they are called |

Didn't think that would give you anymore room once the seats usually hit the cab above the tank below the window anyway.
Hope it works for you |

Some also don't care for the height of new seats vs a factory bench or bucket seat set-up from 67-72. They are comfortable seats though.

Re: 1969 with 2000 seat no mod needed
That being said, if you drilled holes for the install, make sure the hardware used to secure the seats to the floor are the proper grade & reinforced since the seat-belts are tied to the seat frame/s.

Re: 1969 with 2000 seat no mod needed
plus the combo of having a mid 80's column and smaller wheel with the lower seat works like i said im a tad over 200 lbs and 6'2" tall worked out great , with the old stuff i sat way too high im a little tall in the body so my head almost touched the roof with factory seat
