steering column help

I have a 69 c10 an I have the column out.I'm trying to replace the rubber boot that goes inside the cab.i took the lower bearing off an can't get the linkage arm out.(or just don't know how) I also pulled the steering wheel an took the big nut off the shaft and I took the three Phillips head screws out but nothing seems to come off from there.please help!!!! What am I doing wrong or what do I need to do?
