okietruck,I was in 6 cyl position,but had v8 linkage. Looking at those 69090s,I could see a problem......the bellcrank would have to go through #7 tube! (in V8 position). I stuck the bellcrank in ahead of the #7& tube,& used a different pivot ball,& redrilled the holes fro the frame bracket.
