rear bumper bracket differences

Mainly..... is there a difference between fleetside and stepside rear bumper brackets?

No. kinda.

There is a set that works on all trucks that are shortbed, longbed, coil spring and leaf spring.
Then there is the other set that fits all trucks and blazers that have a short wheelbase and leaf springs.

I knew there was some sorta difference.
Now for some research.
I guess im safe then. i have a set of rear moumts from a longbed fleet coil. Im going to use them on my short step coil.
It looks like ill be ok but ill update and let you guys know what i find out
