If the pits bother you that bad after sandblasting and epoxy coating you can sling some mud on there. Don't use gloss black as your top coat though. Rustoleum Semi Gloss looks factory for the frame, undercarriage, and engine bay/firewall and is very durable. Whenever I'm at a car show and I look under the hood to a glossy engine bay it makes me wanna cringe.
