the po cut up the harness pretty bad so I'm replacing the harness and upgrading the truck to full inst panel instead of the 3 pod and I noticed the below item was already disconnected and (probably due to old age) forgot/have no idea what it is. any ideas? thanks

That's the horn relay. Red wire is batt. Power, bk is ground from horn button and grn is power to the horn.
