Rubber flaps between door and cab?

Does anyone have a diagram or pictures how these flaps are mounted?
I bought new rubber for it but I'm not sure what direction they go? Any help would be great.

Maybe the pictures below from the assembly manual will help. These were only on the higher trim levels and require the metal mounting brackets to attach. For what it's worth, my 69 never had the circular pieces shown and included in the kits.
