cclb dually to ccsb fleetside

hello all, new here and just trying to get some info before I purchase a truck. My endgame is a CCSB fleetside with full porterbuilt front and rear suspension. I have a line on a low mileage rust free 91 dually so Im just wondering if this is an ok candidate for what I want to do? Also I guy near me has a rust free short bed and "local show" quality std.cab short bed rolling chassis been blasted and painted with good suspension parts. Any input on how much I should pay for the two? thanks
