How about pictures of some dark blue metallic Chevy/GMC?

Hey Guys,

I recently decided on a color for my truck. It's going in for paint here in a couple months but I was wondering if you guys would be willing to share some pictures. Here is the color I was thinking about its Moonlight Blue Metallic. Thanks for all your help. It's awesome having a great bunch of guys to bounce ideas off of!

My mother just bought an Audi with that color. That pic doesn't do it justice. It's a really nice color and sparkles pretty good in the sun.

Exactly my thoughts! That color is pretty unique especially in a small Wyoming Town!

Here's my dad's '87, repainted it's original dark blue about 10 years ago.

Re: How about pictures of some dark blue metallic Chevy/GMC?

These all look really great! Are they all Midnight Blue? The only reason I ask is because my Dad bought an 1982 Silverado K10 that was Midnight Blue and Silver. It looked really similar to Rusty C10's pictures of his 82. All of these trucks look really stellar! My plan for my 80 is to paint the cab and front clip the dark blue and I'm currently looking for a dark charcoal in a bed-liner that I can coat the flatbed with. I sent off for samples from Monstaliner. I've heard pretty good things about this company so I have my fingers crossed.

My dad's is the factory dark blue, but it is not metallic. I've seen LOTS of Chevy & GMCs that color. I believe it was a popular paint code for several years. GTT

This is an example of what my Dad's looked like except it had silver along the bottom. I tried to upload a picture but it wasn't turning out very well. So this is the best I could find.
