Let's think about this. Water boils at 212 degrees F -- and 233* at 8 psi, and 242* at 12 psi.
Non-pressurized 50% antifreeze boils at 226* -- and 248* at 8 psi, and 259* at 12 psi. I really don't believe you have anything to worry about. http://www.heat-transfer-fluid.com/p...ling-point.pdf
