Clowning on bags

I cleaned the 77 this weekend, and put a fresh coat of Zaino on it. I pulled him out this morning to load my truck, and couldn't resist taking a couple of pics.....

Yeah, I know it looks stupid. Trust me, you will never see my truck sitting like this at a show, or cruising down the road with the front up and the rear down.....

Mine has a similar look right now. I have lowered the front 2.5 inches, but have not lowered the rear yet. With HD springs in the back, it looks silly.

Can you get it to hold one wheel in the air? That's what the lowriders here in San Antonio like to do.

If I had bags, I would do the same thing, just to confuse my neighbors.

Yes I can get it to 3 wheel. It requires the use of a floor jack though:p

By now my neighbors don't even ask. They just shake their heads and move along....

Likewise, my neighbors have accepted the fact that I am slightly special when it comes to playing with my cars...that they just accept and move on.

I don't think it looks stupid.

I do think it's stupid to drive like that though, you might as well go up to a cop and ask for a ticket. I just saw a 99+ Chevy driving around town this weekend with the rear slammed down and the front up high... Not smart at all

that's not out of the ordinary at all. there are entire threads on CK5 dedicated to pics that look very similar, but they generally use ramps.

But do your neighbors come out, applaud, and offer cold beer when you do this in the driveway?

Oh, you mean the "Cali Crawl". Most (Not me) drive that way for some reason. It's not dangerous or against the law though.

EVERY single bagged truck around here, rides around like that..front up back down..shoot, when I had JUST my rear flip kit on, I drove around like that for about a week (awaiting my spindles to come in) and everyone asked "is that bagged?!" Even our regional Smog Referee, LoL. When I rolled in to get smogged, he's all "Sweet bags man!" And I had to say "Naw, it's just not lowered in the front yet." haha...

MOST PEOPLE DRIVE THAT WAY BECAUSE THEY HAVE GHETTO AIRRIDE SET-UPS. USUALLY WITH NO SHOCKS. RIDING WITH THE FRONT HIGH AND THE BACK LOW IS THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN EVEN THINK OF DRIVIN WTIH OUT GETTIN BEAT TO DEATH. IS IT REALLY THAT HARD TO DO IT RIGHT?
