Re: oil pressue pegged over 60psi

There may be nothing wrong with it if it has an aftermarket oil pump on it. I run over 60 cold and about 45-50 hot with my Summit Racing high volume pump with a small spring shim in it. If you don't want the higher pressure, remove the spring shim or drop to the next size down spring depending on the oil pump brand.
