? chrome plating
I HAVE A 1968 GMC GRILL AND BEZELS CAN ANYONE TELL ME APPROX. WHAT IT WOULD COST TO CHROME PLATE IT. AND IF SO A GOOD PLACE IN THE STL. MO. AREA TO HAVE IT DONE

Around here you are looking at 250 or so for the grill. The bezels can be had new for what you can chrome the old ones, unless you do all the prep work (lot's of time to get it right).

IN many areas, it would be cheaper (and possably better) to just replace it all with new.

The biggest thing to realize with chrome is that the base has to be smooth and scratch free for the chrome to look good. My friend has a chrome business and estimated about 20 hours to polish my grill to a chromelike shine and do it right.
