Power Glide

I have a 2 speed Power Glide in my truck that I will be replacing in the next month or so with the TH350 I brought home this week end. If anyone is interested in it, let me know. It works fine, but I don't know the history on it, other than the last 4 months I've had it, so I'd recommend that it be rebuilt. I'll make you one heck of a deal.

I just got a free TH350 and considering replacing my PG in my Camaro as well. Probably won't because those PG's are excellent tranny's in a light car!

How's the weather down there? (as if I didn't know) Went down there and Tecata about 8 years ago. Hmmm, I think I'll go drink a beer now...

Brad, the weather hasn't been real good, but I think it's better than up that way. I'm originally from NoCal (Ukiah) and I can say it's warmer here. I was out in Tecate last week and it was real nice

If I didn't have so much freeway to deal with on my commute, I'd leave it in, but I need another gear and I got my TH350 for free also and had a friend rebuild it for me for $50. I'm also looking to replace the 3.73 rear end with something a little more freeway worthy.

Is it aluminum or iron case? Can you ship Greyhound to Bradenton Fl 34203?

It's a 1970 so I'd say it's cast aluminum. As for shipping it to Florida, I'd imagine it would take more to clean up and would cost more to ship than what it's really worth. My zip is 92020 if you wanna figure out what Grey Hound would charge.
