Vent window question

My drivers side vent window will fall out if I open it. I assume there is some sort of adhesive that is supposed to hold it in but not sure what to use? Any one know?

Any window urethane will work, but I've used this and had no issues. Many consider it the best out there.

Re: Vent window question

You know, I'm missing my driver's side vent window right now. If you had an 81-87, I'd say just send me your window and seal your hole up with a piece of acrylic. That's what was in mine when I bought it, and I haven't put much attention to replacing it yet.

Since it's the wrong year, I'll second what bnoon said. That 3M adhesive should do the trick. I have a tube of it that I got from a window installer friend of mine to use when I find my replacement vent window pane.

I have an extra set of vent window glass for the 81-87 that does not fit my truck.
