What is this module next to my fuse box?
I hook my battery up and that large (2"x2") silver module gets very hot. It is located next to my fuse box. When I first hooked my battery up, my truck would start. Now when that silver module gets hot, my truck will not start. That's all I can figure out right now.

Looks like the horn relay. they are usually mounted above the fuse box. I'm betting the horns do not work and the relay is turned on due to a problem with the horn switch. It would definitely run your battery down.
