Door hinge pin removal

Any advice on getting the pins out of the door hinges? PB Blaster, vise, and a hammer aren't getting it done. Don't have a torch. Thanks

3 of my 4 came apart as should 4th one I took to work (did it on my breaks) and milled it out. I then got a bigger pin and bushings for it

I don't have specific experience with 60-66 trucks, but on other years if you cut the pin right in the middle with a cut off wheel they come right out once they are broken into two pieces.

Re: Door hinge pin removal

Not sure on earlier years, but I think 67-72 are staked on the bottom. Grind off the rounded head rather than the staked end and drive out with a drift.
Soak them in ATF for a few days.
Put them in your oven for an hour at the highest temp.
You can get a propane torch for sweating copper at the home store for a few bucks. Heat the hinge, not the pin.
Send it to me, I'll get it out.

Just a few ideas.
