heat/defrost diverter doors

Does anyone know whether the rubber on the heat diverter door and the foam on the defrost diverter door/lever can be replaced. Looks like a mouse probably got to the edge of the rubber heater door and age has caused the foam to deteriorate on the defrost door. These are inside the box under the dash on my 67 c10, operated by cables from the dash control panel. I don't see these being sold on any parts sites, so I'm guessing the answer is NO. Anyone got ideas on repairing these? Thanks for the help
